If for any reason you need to make a return, follow these steps to get the necessary help from HAITIPHONE staff.
You may request a refund of the amount paid to the Credit/Debit card requesting it in English or French to HAITIPHONE Customer Service by sending an email to email@example.com. Returns requested in any other way will be ignored.
To avoid any doubt, we clearly stated that no refunds will be processed for services provided/used, for example minutes used or Mobile Recharges sent. HAITIPHONE reserves the right to refuse and/or terminate your account permanently. Any abuse of this practice will be grounds for the definitive cancellation of this Agreement. All payments more than 7 days old are nonrefundable.
